インスタントラーメンは水から茹でると書いた。
沸騰するころには麺がほぐれて食い頃。
ガスの節約になるからだ。

すると大将、うどんの干麺も３０分水に戻してから３分ゆでると美味いよ、という。

やってみた。

通常沸騰してから１３分茹でねばならないうどん。
キッチンタイマーできっちり３分。
１３分茹でた麺と遜色ない。
コレはすごい。
１０分もガスの使用時間を短縮。
